How the Site got Started
Ok, Ive been building sites since 2005, and i have crappy graphic experience which is improving, Well a while back or of course a long time ago, i started a katie leung fansite named "SO KATIE" then i deleted then in december 2007, i started a kristy wu fansite called "KRISTY WU FAN" and it turned out to be a disaster. so i abandoned it and started to come here. The Reason i named this site "CHINESE ELEGANCY" is because she is chinese and she is an elegant person who ACTS like a lady, and i find her a rolemodel to all girls especially me.
